Return Policy
Online Purchases
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return a product.
In-Store Purchases
You have 15 calendar days to exchange your product. Returns are not accepted in-store; only exchanges or a voucher valid for one year are available.
How Can I Return an Item?
You can return any product as long as it is unused and in perfect condition, with the original tags as you received them.
Please note that we cannot accept returns of masks, underwear, swimwear, or headphones for hygiene reasons.
Easy Returns in 3 Steps
1. Contact Us
To return a product, simply email us or fill out the contact form (found in the footer) with your order number or reference and the item you wish to return.
2. Prepare Your Return
Returns within Spain:

We’ll send you a return label to print and stick on your package.

Return costs: €6 (mainland) / €8 (Balearic Islands), deducted from your refund.
Returns from other countries:

You can send the package to our store in Burgos by your own means.

Or, if available, use our courier service, and we’ll email you the exact cost
3. We Process the Return
Once we receive your package and verify it is in good condition, we will refund your money to the original payment method, deducting any applicable shipping costs. Shipping and return costs are non-refundable.

Legal Return Information
Our standard return policy is 15 days, meaning you have 15 days after receiving the item to request a return.
The item must be unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contacto@roundtripshop.com. Returns must be sent to:

If the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom-made or personalised items

Personal care products (beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Withdrawal Period
If the goods are shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
The item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and confirm whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
