🛍️ Orders
How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart, select your size, and follow the checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email upon completion.
Is it a gift? Request complimentary gift wrapping in "special instructions."
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form. Once the order is being prepared, we cannot guarantee changes.
🚚 Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We prepare orders within 24–48 business hours.
We work with several shipping agencies, with typical delivery of 24–72 hours within the Iberian Peninsula.
For the rest of Europe, the usual delivery time is 4–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking link.
From there, you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
My order is not updating, is this normal?
Occasionally, shipping companies may take time to update tracking information or there may be minor logistical delays.
If the status does not change for more than 48 hours, we recommend:
- Checking the tracking link
- Waiting a short additional period
- Contacting us with your order number
We will open an incident with the carrier to review it.
What happens if my order gets lost?
If the loss of the package is confirmed by the carrier:
- We will refund the full amount of the order, or
- We will send a new product if available
We will accompany you throughout the entire process until its resolution.
🔄 Returns and exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes, you can request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.
To process the return, the product must be in its original condition, with its packaging and tags. Returns of products showing signs of use will not be accepted.
Can I make an exchange?
If you wish to make an exchange, the simplest way is to request a return for the item and place a new order for the desired product.
How much does return shipping cost?
Returns from Spain
We will send you a return label to print and affix to the package. Take it to any Post Office. The return cost (€6 for the Peninsula / €8 for the Balearic Islands) will be deducted from the refund.
Returns at our physical stores in Burgos are free of charge.
Returns from the rest of Europe
We offer two options:
- We will arrange a collection with our provider (if available in your area) and inform you of the exact cost via email, similar to the shipping price. The amount will be deducted from the refund.
- You can send it to our address in Spain by your own means with acknowledgment of receipt.
How do I manage a return?
Log in to your account, select the order, and request the return. We will send you instructions via email.
We will guide you through the entire process step by step.
When will I receive the refund?
Once the return is received and reviewed, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
👕 Products
Are the products original?
Yes. We only work with official brands and authorized distributors.
Are the sizes standard?
Generally, yes. The brands we work with usually have standard sizing. However, please note that there are different types of cuts and styles.
